Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization code. Please contact us to initiate the return and receive your authorization code.
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

If your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
Due to the nature of educational materials, items showing signs of use (including writing, highlighting, or missing components) may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
