Thank you for shopping with 4YourCNA. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable shipping providers to deliver orders.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. 4YourCNA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@4yourcna.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, 4YourCNA is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@4yourcna.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
